Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Pumps & Gardens will replace it or issue a refund, in accordance with your instructions.

The merchandise must be intact and in its original packaging. Pumps & Gardens reserves the right to refuse returns if the required conditions are not met.

The right of return does not apply to perishable or short-expiry goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
