The Hunter X-Core IE controller (internal installation) offers simple operation and is compatible with the Solar Sync Evapotranspiration sensor.

By connecting it to Solar Sync you get an intelligent controller that establishes the watering times based on weather conditions.

Easy Retrieve memory: manual save function that stores a complete program and configuration data in a backup memory. This allows you to restore your saved watering schedule at any time. The function can be used to reset a programmer to its values ​​after being tampered with or at the beginning of a new season.

Adjustable programming delay: number of days, specified by the user, in which the programmer will remain in Off mode and then automatically return to automatic irrigation. This will prevent irrigation during long periods of adverse weather but will automatically reactivate it without requiring a new intervention on the programmer. The programmer shows on the display the number of days remaining before the irrigation starts again.

Quick check: this function allows the rapid diagnosis of problems in the wiring to the valves in the field by quickly checking each circuit for any faults. Quick Check is able to detect a short circuit in the wiring by displaying the ERR message and the number of the station concerned on the display.

Permanent memory: this feature offers protection against unreliable power. Stores the current time, day and program data.

Automatic protection against short circuits: the automatic protection against short circuits, available in all irrigation / Hunter programmers powered by AC, automatically detects the typical electrical faults due to damage or wiring problems. The shorted stations are skipped allowing irrigation to continue for the failed stations. No fuse to change or circuit breaker that trips causing total interruption of irrigation.

Seasonal adjustment: this function allows quick adjustments to the watering times through a percentage scale. During the peak season set the adjustment to 100%. If the weather conditions require less water, enter an adequate percentage value (e.g. 50%) to limit irrigation times without having to change each station in the program. This model offers two different ways of using seasonal regulation to limit water consumption: Global and Daily.

Global: The global option provides a seasonal adjustment percentage to all the programs and to all the control unit starts.

Daily (via optional Solar Sync sensor): Allows an automatic daily change based on the weather conditions detected by the Solar Sync ET sensor. This sensor is optional.

Delay between stations: delay in irrigation between individual stations as the programmer activates the zones in sequence
irrigation. The delay can vary from a few seconds, to allow the slower closing valves to stop,
at much longer times to allow storage tanks, etc. to recharge.

Sensor programmability: ability to specify which program or which stations will be stopped in response to a specific sensor alarm. Allows stations or programs not affected by the sensor to continue automatic operations.

Total running time calculator: this function sums up all running times and calculates the total duration of a program with the possibility of instantly showing the total duration of an irrigation cycle on the display. This data can be used to determine the time of day when irrigation will end.
